1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website and making a reservation at Hotel Sonar Bangla Puri, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Booking & Cancellation

• Check-in: 12:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM.
• Advance payment is required to confirm the booking during peak seasons.
• Cancellations made 7 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund (minus processing fees).
• No-shows or late cancellations will attract a 100% charge of the first night's stay.

3. Guest Requirements

As per government regulations, every guest above 18 years must carry a valid original Government Photo ID (Aadhar Card, Passport, or Driving License). PAN Cards are not accepted as valid ID for check-in.

4. Use of Amenities

Hotel amenities, including the swimming pool and restaurant, must be used in accordance with the hotel’s safety guidelines. The hotel is not responsible for any personal injury or loss of belongings in common areas.

5. Prohibited Activities

Smoking in non-smoking rooms is strictly prohibited. Any damage to hotel property caused by guests will be charged to the guest's account at the time of check-out.

6. Liability

Hotel Sonar Bangla Puri shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure is as a result of Acts of Nature (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, or other natural disasters), war, or government restrictions.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Puri, Odisha.
